本文对在不同水温条件下饮润切制的黄连进行了质量比较,证明在夏季(气温35℃、水温32~33℃左右饮润的黄连其盐酸小檗碱的损失率比冬季(气温-1℃、水温3~5℃左右)饮润的黄连平均要高7.25%,其中相差最高的达11.86%,这是因为盐酸小檗碱在热水中的溶解度比在冷水中大得多。为此,笔者对切制黄连的操作工艺提出了改进意见。
