目的研究磷酸酯化银耳多糖对辐射损伤小鼠造血功能的保护作用。方法小鼠随机分为6组:对照组,模型组,银耳多糖(10 mg/kg)阳性对照组,磷酸酯化银耳多糖低、中、高剂量(10、30、60 mg/kg)组。以137Csγ射线辐射前,给药组小鼠连续ip给药3 d,每天1次,辐射后第7天处死小鼠。以内源性脾结节形成、骨髓有核细胞数、白细胞数、脾脏指数及胸腺指数等为观察指标,探讨磷酸酯化银耳多糖对辐射小鼠造血功能的影响。结果与模型组相比,磷酸酯化银耳多糖各剂量组小鼠的骨髓有核细胞数、白细胞数、脾指数和胸腺指数均有不同程度的升高。结论磷酸酯化银耳多糖对辐射损伤小鼠造血功能具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of phosphorylated Tremella fuciformis on the hematopoietic function in mice with radiation-induced injury. Methods The mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group, model group, positive control group of Tremella fuciformis (10 mg / kg), low, medium and high dose (10, 30 and 60 mg / kg) groups of phosphorylated Tremella fuciformis. Before 137Csγ-ray irradiation, the mice in the administration group were given ip for 3 consecutive days once a day, and the mice were sacrificed on the 7th day after irradiation. The formation of endogenous spleen nodules, the number of bone marrow nucleated cells, leukocytes, spleen index and thymus index were observed to explore the effect of phosphorylated Tremella polysaccharides on hematopoietic function in irradiated mice. Results Compared with the model group, the number of nucleated cells, leukocytes, spleen index and thymus index in each dose group of phosphorylated Tremella polysaccharides all increased to some extent. Conclusion Phosphate-esterified Tremella fuciformis has a protective effect on hematopoietic function in mice with radiation-induced injury.
