本试验采用添加蛭弧菌制剂并结合周期换水的方式研究蛭弧菌在九孔鲍养殖中的应用潜能。以目前进行生产的养殖池作为对照(A组),以采用15d的换水周期并于水体中添加不同浓度(分别为101pfu/mL、103pfu/mL和105pfu/mL)的蛭弧菌的养殖池为实验组(分别为B组、C组和D组),以增重率、重量日平均增长量、壳长增长率、壳长日平均增长量和存活率为判据,确定蛭弧菌对九孔鲍生长的影响;此外,在整个实验周期中的换水前分别对各组中养殖水体中所含的弧菌数进行检测。试验结果表明,实验组九孔鲍的生长指标和存活率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随着蛭弧菌在水体中浓度的升高,九孔鲍的生长和存活率也相应提高。蛭弧菌在水体中的浓度为105 pfu/mL时,九孔鲍的增重率、壳长增长率和存活率分别为1393.96%、151.59%和88.7%。弧菌检测结果表明,蛭弧菌可有效控制和消除养殖水体中的弧菌数。
In this study, the application of bdellovibrio preparation combined with the cycle of water changes in the study of Bdellovibrio nine-hole abalone in the potential application. The culture ponds currently in production were used as a control (group A) with 15-day water exchange cycles and culture ponds of Bdellovibrio at different concentrations (101 pfu / mL, 103 pfu / mL and 105 pfu / mL, respectively) As the experimental group (group B, group C and group D respectively), on the basis of the weight gain rate, the average daily weight gain, the growth rate of shell length, the average daily growth rate of shell length and the survival rate, In addition, before the water change in the entire experimental period, the number of vibrios contained in the aquaculture water in each group was tested respectively. The results showed that the growth index and survival rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). With the increase of the concentration of Bdellovibrio in water, the growth and survival rate improve. When the concentration of Bdellovibrio in water was 105 pfu / mL, the weight gain rate, shell length growth rate and survival rate were 1393.96%, 151.59% and 88.7% respectively. Vibrio test results show that Bdellovibrio can effectively control and eliminate the number of vibrating bacteria in aquaculture water.
