Objective: To investigate the value of sequential organ failure score (SOFA) in evaluating the prognosis of patients with acute organophosphate poisoning. Methods: 135 eligible patients were divided into death group and survival group according to the outcome, and then subdivided SOFA score, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The cardiovascular and neurological scores were independent risk factors for prognosis All P value <0.05). Conclusion: There is a correlation between the SOFA score and the severity and prognosis of patients with acute organophosphate poisoning. The dynamic application may provide valuable reference for them.
