目前,队员普遍缺乏活动的自主性,他们不善于独立思考,不善于口头表达,不善于互相配合,不善于尊重别人的意见,也不善于必要的妥协。要改变这些积存已久的问题,我们认为研究和探索儿童哲学是一个很好的对策。哲学形成于思,思成于惑。哲学始于困惑与好奇的心理,哲学与少先队员是一对天生的好朋友,关键在于辅导员老师有没有足够的认识和可行的手段把队员们引进哲学的大门,让活动变为发现探索的途径。我校提出的“思维开发,探索创新”的儿童哲学育人观,目的在于引导队员敢于发现问题,提高队员辩证地去看待问题,开拓思维,发展智力,从而提高自身整体素质。
At present, team members generally lack the independence of activities. They are not good at thinking independently, not good at verbally speaking, not good at cooperating with each other, not good at respecting the opinions of others, and not making the necessary compromises. To change these long-standing problems, we think it is a good strategy to study and explore the philosophy of children. Philosophy formed in thinking, thinking into confusion. Philosophy begins with perplexity and curiosity. Philosophy and Young Pioneers are a pair of natural good friends. The key is whether the instructor teachers have enough knowledge and feasible means to bring team members to the door of philosophy, way. The philosophy of “thinking development, exploring innovation” put forward by our school aims at guiding team members to dare to find problems, improving players’ dialectical view of problems, developing thinking and developing intelligence so as to improve their own overall quality.
