应用表面溢流法，研究大承气汤（ＤＣＨＯＴ）及其主药大黄对大鼠及豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌的影响。结果，不同深度的ＤＣＨＯＴ及其主药大黄，对大鼠离体回肠平滑肌均可产生显著的松驰作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），而对豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌则产生明显的收缩作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）。且收缩或松驰效应与剂量呈正相关（ｒ＝０．８８９８）或负相关（ｒ＝－０．７８４９）。
The effect of Dachengqi Decoction (DCHOT) and its main drug rhubarb on the ileum smooth muscle of rats and guinea pigs was studied by surface overflow method. As a result, different depths of DCHOT and its main drug rhubarb had significant relaxing effects on isolated ileum smooth muscle of rats (P<0.01), but had significant contraction on guinea pig isolated ileal smooth muscle (P<0.05). <0.01).
