研究了从城市污水处理场和石油化工废水处理场曝气池活性污泥中富集的混合菌种对苯、甲苯、乙基苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯和对二甲苯6种化合物的生物降解性.在相同的生物试验条件下,比较了2类不同来源菌种对被试验化合物代谢过程在耐受化合物浓度、降解启动期、降解速率以及降解程度等方面的差异结果表明,在2种不同来源污泥的菌种体系中,苯、甲苯、乙基苯、间二甲苯和对二甲苯均可得到不同程度的降解,在石化污泥菌种体系中同时共存可降解邻二甲苯、间二甲苯和对二甲苯的菌株,3个异构体的降解率达到100%.依据降解速率,给出了不同菌种体系下,6种被试化合物生物降解易难的顺序.
The effects of six kinds of compounds (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene) mixed in activated sludge from aeration tank in urban sewage treatment plant and petrochemical wastewater treatment plant Biodegradability. Under the same biological test conditions, the differences of the metabolic processes of the tested compounds in the tolerance compounds, start-up phase, degradation rate and degree of degradation of the tested compounds were compared between the two kinds of strains.
