在定期检验中,16MnR钢制的球罐经常发现焊接接头表面裂纹,以内表面裂纹居多,有纵向也有横向,一般都称之为应力腐蚀裂纹。本文从焊接接头裂纹的机理、影响因素、形貌、发生区域、发生时间来论证球罐裂纹机理是氢致开裂机理。理论和实践证明,在球罐的焊接施工阶段采取措施防止氢致裂纹,就能大大降低焊接接头应力腐蚀裂纹敏感性。
In the regular inspection, 16MnR steel ball can often find the surface of the welded joint cracks, cracks in the majority of the inner surface, there are vertical and horizontal, generally known as stress corrosion cracking. In this paper, the crack mechanism of the welded joints, influencing factors, morphology, occurrence area, occurrence time to prove that the crack mechanism of the spherical tank is the mechanism of hydrogen induced cracking. The theory and practice prove that the measures to prevent the hydrogen induced cracks during the construction of the spherical tank can greatly reduce the sensitivity of the stress corrosion cracking of the welded joint.
