目的探讨中学生意外伤害发生的危险因素,为制定预防学生意外伤害措施提供科学依据。方法按性别、年龄、班级1∶1配对原则,选择伤害病例和对照共240例,危险因素分析采用单因素分析和多因素条件logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析结果显示:父母婚姻状况、学生体重、体重指数(BMI)、夜间睡眠质量、学习成绩、精神质(倔强性格)和神经质(情绪性)心理、攀爬危险地方、与他人动手打架、喝酒、运动前不热身、疲倦时运动、无老师指导做高难度运动、无防护做器械锻炼、过马路闯红灯、不走人行道是意外伤害发生的危险因素。多因素分析结果显示:BMI、夜间睡眠质量、神经质(情绪性)心理是意外伤害发生的主要危险因素。结论意外伤害的发生是诸多因素综合作用的结果,父母婚姻状况、学生不良的身心健康与行为对中学生意外伤害发生的影响不容忽视。学生意外伤害的防控应注重家庭教育与学校教育的相辅相成;学校应发挥心理咨询室在促进学生身心健康中的作用,增强学生体质需讲究方式方法,循序渐进。
Objective To explore the risk factors of accidental injury among middle school students and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of accidental injury. Methods According to the principle of 1: 1 matching by gender, age and class, a total of 240 cases were selected for injury and control. The risk factors were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that parents’ marital status, student’s body mass, body mass index (BMI), nighttime sleep quality, academic achievement, mental quality (stubborn personality) and neurotic (emotional) psychology, climbing dangerous places and fighting with others , Drink, do not warm-up before exercise, tired when exercise, no teacher to do difficult exercise, no protective equipment to do exercises, cross the road running red, do not take the sidewalk is a risk factor for accidental injury. Multivariate analysis showed that BMI, nighttime sleep quality and neurotic (emotional) psychology were the main risk factors of accidental injury. Conclusions The occurrence of accidental injuries is the result of the combination of many factors. The impact of parents’ marital status, poor physical and mental health and behaviors on the accidental injury of middle school students can not be ignored. Prevention and control of student accidental injuries should pay attention to complementarity of family education and school education; schools should play a psychological counseling room in promoting the physical and mental health of students to enhance the physical fitness students need to pay attention to ways and means, step by step.
