本文提出并探讨了我国企业对外贸易中的不正当竞争行为这一问题。指出我国的企业为了扩大出(进)口份额或为了企业的发展和生存需要等,在对外贸易中采取低价竞销、不恰当地抬价进口、价格串谋或价格欺诈等无序竞争行为。企业的这些行为,虽然对本地区的经济发展和促进就业有一定的积极作用,但对我国的经济社会和对外贸易的可持续发展产生了一定的负面影响,需要我们从促进粗放型经济发展模式和对外贸易增长模式的转变、加快中介组织法制建设来发挥中介组织和行业指导的作用等多个方面,加强对企业在对外贸易中的不正当竞争行为加强管制。
This paper presents and discusses the issue of unfair competition in the foreign trade of Chinese enterprises. It is pointed out that in order to expand the share of exports or to meet the needs of the development and survival of enterprises, our country’s enterprises should adopt such measures as low-price marketing, inappropriate price hikes, price collusion or price fraud in their foreign trade . Although these enterprises have certain positive effects on the economic development and employment promotion in the region, they have had a certain negative impact on the economic and social development of our country and the sustainable development of foreign trade, which requires our efforts in promoting the extensive economic development model and The transformation of the pattern of growth of foreign trade, the acceleration of the legal system of intermediary organizations to play the role of intermediary organizations and industry guidance, and strengthening the control over unfair competition in foreign trade.
