目的 :探讨振动式水囊床对早产儿呼吸暂停的影响。方法 :将原发性呼吸暂停的早产儿 30例随机分组 ,分为应用作者自行设计制作的振动式水囊床加常规治疗的治疗组 (15例 )与常规治疗的对照组 (15例 ) ,并进行临床观察及资料分析。结果 :治疗组与对照组患儿出生年龄、胎龄、呼吸暂停发生时间比较 ,差异无统计学意义 ,P >0 .0 5 ;而呼吸暂停发作次数 /d和持续天数、氨茶碱用药总量治疗组与对照组的比较差异存在统计学意义 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :振动式水囊床对早产儿进行触觉刺激 ,可兴奋呼吸中枢 ,可用于防治早产儿呼吸暂停。
Objective: To investigate the effect of vibrating hydrogel balloon on apnea in premature infants.
