开山屯化纤厂工业废水是中朝界河——图们江流域我方主要污染源之一,该厂采用钙盐基亚硫酸盐法制浆工艺,每天排放10万多吨工业废水。要从根本上改善图们江水质,必须解决这一工业废水治理问题。该厂为了治理制浆废水,将建大型水库,用自然氧化法进行处理。将自然氧化处理后的废水如何处理,既关系到该厂的废水治理的一个重大问题,又联系到图们江水系资源的保护问题。本试验是田间和盆栽试验结合进行的。通过三年的试验研究得出如下几个结论:1.酸法制浆废水对水稻种子发芽有明显的抑制作用,因此,不利于水稻育苗。而25%废水对插秧后水稻的生长有良好的促进作用;2.酸法制浆废水在不施化肥的情况下,用于水田灌溉有明显的增产作用,在正常施化肥时,灌溉25%的废水产量最高,50%时产量相对下降。因此,废水中COD浓度控制在350~400mg/L,BOD浓度控制在70~90mg/L左右为好;3.酸法制浆废水用于水田灌溉,有利于改善土壤的物理性质,并且可以提高土壤中营养元素和有机质的含量;4.酸法制浆废水稀释至25%的最佳浓度用于农田灌溉,废水中重金属含量均低于国家农田灌溉标准,因此,不会产生残毒及农产品质量下降问题。
Industrial waste water from Kaoshan Chemical Fiber Factory is one of our major pollution sources in the Sino-Korean boundary river - Tumen River Basin. The plant uses calcium salt-based sulfite pulping process and discharges more than 100,000 tons of industrial wastewater daily. To fundamentally improve Tumen River water quality, we must solve this problem of industrial wastewater treatment. The plant in order to control the pulping wastewater, will build a large reservoir, with natural oxidation method for processing. How to deal with the wastewater after the natural oxidation is not only related to a major problem of the wastewater treatment of the plant but also to the protection of the resources of the Tumen River. This test is carried out in field and pot experiments. Through three years of experimental study, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The acid pulping wastewater has a significant inhibitory effect on the germination of rice seeds, so it is not conducive to rice seedling. While 25% of the wastewater had a good promotion effect on the growth of rice after transplanting; 2. The acid pulping wastewater was obviously used for paddy field irrigation without fertilizers, The highest yield of wastewater, the relative decline in output at 50%. Therefore, the COD concentration in the wastewater should be controlled at 350-400mg / L and the BOD concentration should be controlled at about 70-90mg / L. 3. The acid pulping wastewater is used to irrigate the paddy so as to improve the physical properties of the soil, Soil nutrients and organic matter content; 4 acid pulp wastewater diluted to 25% of the optimum concentration for irrigation, heavy metal content in wastewater are lower than the national irrigation standards, therefore, will not produce residue and agricultural product quality Decline problem.
