济南市劳动就业训练中心,座落在位于市区西北角的无影山顶部,1995年以前,一直过着靠经营、租赁养培训,经济十分拮据的日子。可现在,这个中心面貌大变,培训事业蓬勃发展,教学工作硕果累累。每年在校生人数长期班达800余人,短训班600多人,再就业培训班1800余人,连续三年年平均培训收入200万元以上,被社会誉为“再就业的摇篮”。短短三年能有这样一个大跨度的发展,奥妙何在?职工们说:“我们有位好主任。”
