目的:研究蓝莓对小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:每组小鼠分别经口灌胃给予54、108、325 mg/(kg·bw)的蓝莓提取物及灭菌水30天后,观察其体重、测定其免疫器官指数、淋巴细胞增殖能力、小鼠迟发型变态反应、血清溶血素、吞噬细胞的吞噬功能及NK细胞活性。结果:325 mg(kg·bw)组可增加小鼠耳壳重量、增强淋巴细胞增殖能力、提高小鼠碳廓清的能力,提高小鼠NK细胞和巨噬细胞活性;108 mg/(kg·bw)组可增加小鼠耳壳重量、血清的半数溶血值;54 mg/(kg·bw)组可提高小鼠NK细胞活性。结论:蓝莓具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To study the immune regulation of blueberry on mice. METHODS: Each group of mice was orally administered orally with bluesberry extract (54, 108, 325 mg/(kg·bw)) and sterilized water for 30 days. The body weight, immune organ index, and lymphocyte proliferation were measured. Mouse delayed-type hypersensitivity, serum hemolysin, phagocytic function of phagocytic cells, and NK cell activity. RESULTS: The 325 mg (kg bw) group increased the weight of the mice’s ear shell, enhanced the proliferation of lymphocytes, enhanced the ability of mice to clear the carbon, and increased the activity of NK cells and macrophages in mice; 108 mg/(kg bw In the group of mice, the weight of mice’s ear shell and half of serum hemolysis value were increased; 54 mg/(kg·bw) group could increase the activity of NK cells. Conclusion: Blueberry has the function of enhancing immune function in mice.
