一、引言标准麦氏真空计(又称压缩式真空计)有两项主要误差源,即汞蒸汽流效应和毛细管压低波动。汞蒸汽流效应并不是麦氏计本身固有的,而是由于真空系统存在冷阱,汞蒸汽被它不断捕集形成定向流,造成扩散抽气的效应。毛细压低波动则除麦氏计的毛细管和汞的一些内在因素外,很大程度与操作有关。1977年我们新建了一台标准麦氏计,对减小这方面误差做了一些工作,取得了较满意的结果。
I. Introduction Standard Mickey’s vacuum gauge (also known as compression-type vacuum gauge) has two main sources of error, that is, mercury vapor flow and capillary pressure fluctuations. Mercury vapor flow effect is not inherent in the meter, but due to the presence of a cold trap in the vacuum system, mercury vapor is continuously trapped by it to form a directional flow, resulting in the effect of diffusion aspiration. Capillary pressure fluctuations in addition to the capillary and Mercury meter mercury some of the internal factors, largely related to the operation. In 1977, we built a new standard wheat germ meter, to reduce some errors in this area to do some work, and achieved satisfactory results.
