目的研究荔枝核有效部位群对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用。方法采用改良的体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂筛选模型,以阿卡波糖为阳性对照药,分别测定荔枝核醇提取物、荔枝核有效部位群、荔枝核鞣质提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。结果荔枝核不同提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性均有较强的抑制作用,在浓度为50 g/L时抑制率分别为63.7%、78.3%、91.5%,阿卡波糖组为67.4%。结论荔枝核有效部位群对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性具有抑制作用,鞣质可能是其主要有效成分。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of effective fractions of litchi on α-glucosidase. Methods A modified in vitro α-glucosidase inhibitor screening model to acarbose as a positive control drug were measured lychee nucleolus alcohol extract, the effective parts of the litchi population, litchi nuclear tannin extract of α-glucoside Enzyme inhibition. Results The different extracts of litchi nucleus had a strong inhibitory effect on the activity of α-glucosidase. The inhibitory rates were 63.7%, 78.3%, 91.5% at the concentration of 50 g / L, 67.4% at the acarbose group, . Conclusion The effective fractions of litchi nucleus inhibit the activity of α-glucosidase, and tannin may be the main active ingredient.
