The expression of γ-GTase, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in 22 cases of atypical hyperplasia (LCD) was detected by histochemical and immunohistochemical methods. In 17 cases, the DNA content was detected by microscopy spectrophotometer at the same time to investigate its relationship with the above three tumor marker expressions. The results showed that the expression of tumor markers on LCD was different from that of non-atypical hyperplasia and hepatocellular carcinoma. The average DNA content and ploidy distribution were between the cancer and non-atypical hyperplasia hepatocytes (p<0. 05-0.01). There is a certain intrinsic link between changes in DNA and the expression of tumor markers. Tip: LCD is a type of proliferative lesion with different severity, and it may be precancerous lesions of hepatocellular carcinoma that contain more aneuploid cells.
