啤酒花根癌土壤杆菌的分离及生物型的鉴定

啤酒花根癌病在我国普遍发生。自1981年春,在石河子地区发现此病以来,伊犁、阿克苏、库尔勒等地区也相继发现。在淅江的杭州、肖山、山东的泰安、青岛等地亦采到病瘤。1982—1984年将新疆、山东、浙江等地采回的病瘤和病土。经直接和间接分离到61个菌株,通过培养性状,革兰氏染色反应、鞭毛染色等常规鉴定,并将菌株回接到啤酒花根颈部,均产生病瘤,接种在番茄茎部经过10—25天均产生瘿瘤,确定该菌为根癌土壤杆菌[Agrobacterium tumefaciens(smith&Townsend)Conn]。根癌土壤杆菌分三个不同生物型,从不同地区分离到的菌株,用3—酮苷乳糖、柠檬酸铁铵测定为阳性反应,石蕊牛乳为碱性反应,以及对糖、醇、盐的反应和特殊培养基生长等表明,啤酒花根癌土壤杆菌为生物型1,现尚未发现有另外两个型。 Hops cancer is common in our country. Agrobacterium tumefaciens is divided into three different biotypes, isolated from different regions of the strain, with 3-keto-lactose, ferric ammonium citrate as a positive reaction, litmus milk as a basic reaction, as well as sugar, alcohol, salt The reaction and the growth of special media showed that A. tumefaciens was biotype 1, and no other two types were found.
