以自主设计的冶金机械2250热连轧机上的F1主减速机中的大型焊接齿轮和空心输出轴的过盈连接为例,采用理论计算和ANSYS有限元软件模拟计算相比较的方法,通过建立其轴对称模型,计算大型焊接齿轮和输出轴过盈配合的应力分布及变形,结果表明了过盈连接的有限元分析与理论计算值之间有较好的一致性,空心轴设计对过盈连接的结构优化其关键性作用,为机械设计中有关过盈连接的设计提供了理论指导依据和强有力的支撑。
Taking the interference connection of large welding gear and hollow output shaft in the main reducer of F1 of 2250 hot rolling mill independently designed for metallurgical machinery as an example, the method of theoretical calculation is compared with that of ANSYS finite element simulation software, Axisymmetric model to calculate the stress distribution and deformation of the interference fit of the large welding gear and the output shaft.The results show that there is a good consistency between the finite element analysis of the interference connection and the theoretical calculation value, The structural optimization of its key role in mechanical design for the design of the interference connection provides a theoretical basis and strong support.
