通过将氯乙烯 -醋酸乙烯酯 -丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物 (VAGF)与马来酸酐酯化接枝 ,制得带羧基的氯醋三元共聚物。探索了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间及反应温度对酯化接枝反应的影响 ,并用红外光谱进行表征。得到酯化反应的最佳条件为 :催化剂用量为VAGF质量的 0 8% ,VAGF质量分数为 15 % ,温度 10 0℃ ,时间 9h。氯乙烯 -醋酸乙烯酯 -丙烯酸羟乙酯三元共聚物的马来酸酐酯化活性高于氯乙烯 -醋酸乙烯酯 -乙烯醇三元共聚物。
A carboxyl-containing chlorinated vinegar terpolymer was prepared by esterification of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-hydroxyethyl acrylate copolymer (VAGF) with maleic anhydride. The effect of the ratio of raw materials, the amount of catalyst, the reaction time and the reaction temperature on the esterification reaction was explored and characterized by IR. The optimal conditions for obtaining the esterification reaction are as follows: the amount of catalyst is 0.08% of VAGF, the mass fraction of VAGF is 15%, the temperature is 10 ° C, and the time is 9 hours. The maleic anhydride esterification activity of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-hydroxyethyl acrylate terpolymer is higher than that of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol terpolymer.
