在社会保障制度不健全的情况下进行医改更加困难。我们要做那么多事情,希望一步一步的走,让各方有个理解、接受、配合的过程。走稳了,走好了,中国的医改才会加快推进。作为国务院医改办确定的4个综合医改试点省之一,安徽省今年4月1日开始启动城市公立医院改革。在城市公立医院改革方面,安徽的策略是同步推进3项改革,即在取消药品加成的同时,调整医疗服务价格和启动药品带量采购。自2009年开始,我省启动了基层医改,6年来医改工作持续深化和完善。 It is more difficult to carry out medical reform under the imperfect social security system. As one of the four pilot provinces for comprehensive medical reform set by the Medical Reform Office of the State Council, Anhui Province started the reform of urban public hospitals on April 1 this year. In the city public hospital reform, Anhui’s strategy is to simultaneously promote the three reforms, that is, cancel the drug addition at the same time, adjust the price of medical services and start the procurement of drug quantities. Since 2009, the province started grassroots medical reform, and medical reform continued to deepen and improve over the past six years.
