近年来赏识教育吸引越来越多的教育界人士的关注,所谓赏识教育其实就是对学生表现出来的长处和亮点给予更多的认可和激励。可见赏识教育就是更多地关注、重视学生的情感心理方面的需求,细致入微地开展教学。那么身为教师,就得和学生站在平等地位,多尊重学生的意愿和见解,尊重他们的前提就是要充分地赏识他们。因此,赏识教育的理念是切合现代社会的发展精神的,要在初中英语教学中更好地运用赏识教育法,就得深入探索实施意义,并找到在初中英语教学中运用赏识教育法的高效策略和途径,以便更好地服务教学实践。 Appreciation of education in recent years to attract more and more attention of the education sector, the so-called appreciation of education in fact is to show students the strengths and highlights given more recognition and incentives.
