通过一定剂量的卡那霉素与不同剂量的利尿酸钠联合应用,使猫在短时间内出现不同程度的听力损失。将19只听力正常猫随机分成三组。第一组:肌注卡那霉素(300mg/kg)半小时后,以1mg/min的速度静脉推注利尿酸钠,同时记录ABR以连续观察听力情况,当阈值开始提高时,停止用药。第二、三组:减少利尿酸钠用量,分别为第一组的1/3、2/3,其余步骤同第一组。结果显示:第一组在短时间内出现严重的不可逆的听力损失;第二、第三组出现轻、中度听力损失。这为听力学基础和临床研究快速制备了不同程度耳聋的动物模型。
Through a certain amount of kanamycin and different doses of sodium urate, the cat in a short period of time to varying degrees of hearing loss. Nineteen normal hearing cats were randomly divided into three groups.
