为提高突出煤层煤巷掘进速度,减少矿井煤与瓦斯突出灾害,研究了钻孔施工与水力割缝技术一体化的防突机理及配套设备,详细介绍了双动力协同钻割煤岩卸压增透割缝一体化技术在义马煤业集团孟津煤矿的应用情况。现场应用表明,该技术能使煤体内部得到充分卸压,提高钻孔施工速度,加快防突措施执行进度,提前释放大量瓦斯,进而达到防治煤与瓦斯突出,为矿井安全生产消除突出及瓦斯隐患。
