型面(非圆截面)联接,属于无键联接中的一种联接型式。由于型面联接装拆方便,能保证良好的对中性,而且型面轴没有应力集中现象,所以可大大提高轴的疲劳强度及联接的承载能力,特别是随着机器制造工艺水平的提高,型面联接在传递动力的联接型式中将是很有前途的。但目前高校所使用的“机械零件”教材中,对型面联接只作了简单介绍。本文将提供等距曲线型面轴受扭时,它的刚度和强度的计算方法,并举例说明。
Profile (non-circular cross-section) connection, belonging to a keyless joint in a joint type. Because of the convenient connection and disassembly of profile, good neutrality can be guaranteed, and there is no stress concentration on the profiled shaft, so the fatigue strength of the shaft and the carrying capacity of the coupling can be greatly enhanced. Especially with the improvement of the manufacturing technology of the machine, Face-to-face couplings will be promising in power-transmitting coupling styles. However, currently used in colleges and universities “mechanical parts” textbook, only a brief introduction to the profile connection. This article will provide an example of how to calculate the stiffness and strength of an equidistant curved faceted shaft when it is twisted.
