以超早强混凝土制备技术和高强混凝土制备技术为基础,采用常规工艺,利用42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥掺适量的硅灰,加入自配的无碱速凝剂,制备出超早强高强混凝土。其6 h抗压强度11.7 MPa,抗折强度1.9 MPa,1d抗压强度47.0 MPa,抗折强度5.3 MPa,28 d抗压强度84.8 MPa,抗折强度11.5 MPa;后期强度有明显增长;且抗冻性及抗硫酸盐侵蚀等耐久性能良好。使用XRD测试手段对水化试样进行分析表明:自制无碱速凝剂的掺入加速了硅酸盐水泥水化,促进早期钙矾石晶体生成,同时促进Ca(OH)_2向钙矾石转化从而促进早期强度发展。
Based on ultra-early-strength concrete preparation technology and high-strength concrete preparation technology, using conventional technology, 42.5R ordinary portland cement is added with silica fume, and self-made alkali-free accelerator is added to prepare ultra-high strength concrete .
