为研究山东省企业员工心理焦虑、职业倦怠现状,用焦虑自评量表及职业倦怠量表对山东省17地市的1343名企业员工进行了问卷调查。结果发现企业员工身心衰竭和缺乏成就感比较严重,去个性化、焦虑不太严重。人力资源密集型企业、高压、工作繁重更易产生焦虑及倦怠情况。企业员工心理焦虑与职业倦怠与性别、学历、工龄、年龄等因素有密切关系,男职工的职业倦怠比女职工严重;学历水平越低,职业倦怠、焦虑越严重;40-50岁员工职业倦怠最明显。要让员工正确认识职业倦怠,并通过建立社会支持网络、建立身心保健机制、营造积极向上的企业文化来减少职业倦怠。
In order to study the present situation of psychological anxiety and job burnout among employees in Shandong Province, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 1343 employees in 17 cities in Shandong Province by using anxiety self-rating scale and burnout scale. The results found that corporate employees physical and mental failure and lack of sense of accomplishment more serious, to personalize, anxiety is not too serious. HR-intensive enterprises, high pressure, heavy workload more prone to anxiety and burnout. Employee psychological anxiety and job burnout are closely related to gender, education, seniority, age and other factors. Job burnout of male employees is more serious than that of female employees. The lower the educational level, the more serious the burnout and anxiety. The job burnout of 40-50 year olds The most obvious. To enable staff to correctly understand job burnout, and through the establishment of social support network, the establishment of physical and mental health mechanisms, and create a positive and progressive corporate culture to reduce job burnout.
