随着社会的发展,教育的价值逐步得到体现,视觉障碍人士的受教育权也愈发被社会关注,视觉障碍人士作为弱势群体,其平等的享有受教育权是实现其他权利的基础、也是视觉障碍人士自身素质和生活质量提高的必经之路。保障视觉障碍人士的受教育的权力迫在眉睫,文章就视障人士受教育权的有关问题从法学角度略谈一下自己的观点与看法。
