目的:通过对产康乐颗粒进行血清药物化学研究,初步阐明产康乐颗粒的药效物质基础。方法:SD大鼠灌胃给药后,采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)测定含药血清样品的HPLC色谱图,通过与空白样品的HPLC色谱图进行对比分析,获得血中移行成分信息,并对主成分进行定量分析。结果:产康乐颗粒HPLC色谱图中可检出20个血中移行成分,其中5个成分可能为代谢成分,15个成分为机体直接吸收入血,包括绿原酸、黄芩苷和6-姜辣素(含量分别为:16.26,0.49,0.41μg·mL~(-1))。结论:通过该方法的研究,为阐明产康乐颗粒的药效物质基础提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To make a preliminary study on the pharmacodynamic basis of Tan-Lok Granules through the serum drug chemistry research of Tan-Lok Granules. Methods: The SD rats were intragastrically administrated, and the HPLC chromatograms of the drug-containing serum samples were determined by HPLC-DAD. The blood samples were compared with the HPLC chromatograms of the blank samples to obtain the blood China Migration line component information, and quantitative analysis of the main components. RESULTS: 20 LC-MS chromatograms showed that 5 of the components could be metabolites and 15 of them were directly absorbed into the blood, including chlorogenic acid, baicalin and 6- (Content respectively: 16.26,0.49,0.41μg · mL -1). Conclusion: Through the study of this method, to provide a scientific basis for elucidating the pharmacodynamic basis of Chankangle granules.
