肾脏是氟的主要排泄器官,摄氟过量可在肾脏蓄积,造成氧化损伤。本研究观察了苁蓉片对氟导致的肾脏氧化损伤的影响。1对象与方法选取56只雄性Wistart大鼠,按照双盲发随机分为7组,每组8只,分别为空白对照组(生理盐水+自来水)、染氟组(生理盐水+含50、100、150 mg/L氟化钠自来水)、苁蓉片和染氟联合作用组(200 mg/kg苁蓉生理盐水+含50、100、150 mg/L氟化钠自来水)。
Kidney is the main organ of excretion of fluoride, excessive fluoride can accumulate in the kidneys, resulting in oxidative damage. This study observed the effect of Rongrong Tablet on fluoride-induced renal oxidative damage. PARTICIPANTS AND METHODS Fifty-six male Wistart rats were randomly divided into 7 groups (n = 8 each). They were blank control group (saline + tap water), fluoride group (saline + 50,100 , 150 mg / L sodium fluoride tap water), Cistanche tablets and fluorine combined effect group (200 mg / kg Cistanche normal saline + 50, 100, 150 mg / L sodium fluoride tap water).
