信用卡业务中顾客忠诚度与信用卡业务的盈利能力有很强的正相关性,而国内很多银行主要注重对新顾客的争取而忽略了对老顾客的维护。本文旨在揭示顾客忠诚度对信用卡业务的重要性,并针对信用卡的业务特点提出提高顾客忠诚度的建议。
Credit card business customer loyalty and credit card business profitability has a strong positive correlation, and many domestic banks mainly focus on the fight for new customers and neglected the maintenance of the old customers. The purpose of this article is to reveal the importance of customer loyalty to credit card business and to propose customer loyalty recommendations based on the business characteristics of credit cards.
