基于虚拟仪器技术,利用LabVIEW软件开发一套应用于民用飞机振动测试分析的动态信号分析仪。通过对该仪器的控制和参数设置,实现自定义信号模拟输出和数据的实时采集、分析处理与显示。具有时、频域分析和通过3种方式获取系统频率响应函数等功能,该虚拟仪器界面美观、操作方便、层次清晰、功能强大,能够基本满足民机振动测试分析的需要并为更加复杂仪器的开发研制提供了思路。以飞机结构试验件频率响应函数测试为例,证明了该套系统的有效性。
Based on the virtual instrument technology, the LabVIEW software is used to develop a dynamic signal analyzer which is used in the vibration test and analysis of civil aircraft. Through the control of the instrument and parameter settings, to achieve custom signal simulation output and real-time data collection, analysis and display. It has the functions of time and frequency domain analysis and obtaining the system frequency response function through three kinds of methods. The interface of the virtual instrument is beautiful, easy to operate, clear and powerful. It can basically meet the needs of civil aircraft vibration test and analysis, Development provides the idea. Taking the frequency response function test of aircraft structure test piece as an example, the validity of the system is proved.
