引言母管制汽鼓鍋炉母管汽压的自动调节系統是一个比較复杂的系統。目前电厂中汽压调节系統的整定参数多凭經驗試凑,一般情况下調节品质就不会十分滿意。在国外虽进行了不少研究[1-5],得到了一些有用的成果,但在实际工作中发現这些成果还不能为现場整定工作提供合理的原則和数据。本文对汽压调节系統的整定进行了分析与模拟研究,建議了合理的整定原则和整定数据,并且根据生产现場实驗資料进行了計算和核对,得到了初步驗証。
Introduction The mother tube steam boiler boiler tube pressure automatic adjustment system is a more complex system. At present, the setting parameters of the steam pressure regulation system in the power plant are mostly tested by experience. In general, the adjustment quality will not be very satisfactory. Although many researches [1-5] have been carried out in foreign countries, some useful results have been obtained. However, the actual work shows that these achievements can not provide reasonable principles and data for on-site setting work. This article analyzes and simulates the setting of the steam pressure regulation system, suggests a reasonable principle of setting and setting data, and calculates and verifies it according to the experimental data of the production site, and obtains preliminary verification.
