The study of its mechanism is of great value for the treatment and immune regulation of many diseases such as tumors. Mitochondria and the endoplasmic reticulum are important organelles that play an important role in the apoptotic signal transduction pathway. This review summarizes the progress of signal transduction and regulation mechanisms in mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum during apoptosis.
