通过抽样调查,发现大多数研究生不具备预先应对压力的意识和习惯。预先应对具有应对视域的前瞻性、应对情境的复杂性、应对目标的模糊性和应对效果的内隐性等特征。它在压力管理中具有不可忽视的积极效用:预先发现问题、预先整合资源,促进个体的成长与发展,减少个体压力的消极影响等;提高研究生预先应对压力的能力要从以下几方面入手:自我监测、计划未来、实行防御、反馈评估。
Through the sample survey, we found that most graduate students do not have the awareness and habit of coping with stress in advance. Pre-response has a forward-looking response to the scene to deal with the complexity of the situation to deal with the ambiguity of the target and to cope with the effect of the implicit characteristics. It has positive effects that can not be neglected in stress management: pre-discovering problems, pre-integrating resources, promoting individual growth and development, reducing the negative impact of individual stress, etc. The ability to improve pre-stress of graduate students should start from the following aspects: Self Monitor, plan for the future, implement defensive, feedback assessment.
