我国现行企业领导体制已不适应市场经济发展的要求,需要从以下三方面进行规范化建设:1.改革产权制度,确立企业法人财产权;2.建立科学的组织管理制度,规范企业领导行为;3.培养经营者市场,推进企业家职业化。
The current corporate leadership system in China has not adapted to the requirements of market economy development. It needs to be standardized in the following three aspects: 1. Reforming the property rights system and establishing the corporate legal person property rights; 2. Establishing a scientific organization and management system and standardizing corporate leadership behavior; 3. Cultivate the market for managers and promote the professionalization of entrepreneurs.
