为深入揭示虚拟企业治理的机理,结合任务导向性和间续式结盟特征对虚拟企业治理机制进行了研究.对虚拟企业的间续式契约特性进行了分析,指出虚拟企业是结盟伙伴间所建立起的一系列相互关联的,维系长期合作关系并随市场机遇驱动、以任务为导向间续式履行的契约的组合.对虚拟企业契约的不完备性和社会治理机制进行了讨论.定义了子任务价值系数作为结盟伙伴治理形式选择的依据.对子任务价值系数的主要因素进行了分析,包括资源投入价值、子任务复杂性和风险等.提出了基于AHP的子任务价值系数计算方法.并给出了一个应用算例.
In order to reveal the mechanism of virtual enterprise governance in-depth, this paper studies the governance mechanism of virtual enterprise by combining the characteristics of task-orientation and inter-deterministic alliance, and analyzes the characteristics of inter-contractual contract of virtual enterprise, pointing out that the virtual enterprise is established among alliance partners A series of interrelated contracts that sustain long-term cooperative relationship and are driven by market opportunities and task-oriented, and the contractual incompleteness of the virtual enterprise and the social governance mechanism are discussed. The value of task value as the basis for the choice of the form of alliance partner governance.The main factors of sub-task value coefficient are analyzed, including the value of resource input, the complexity and risk of sub-task, etc.Analytical method of sub-task value coefficient based on AHP An application example is given.
