森林资源是林业生存、发展的物质基础,森林资源的保护工作在我国社会建设中占据着越来越重要的地位。森林资源是陆地生态系统的主体,对改善人类的生态环境、提高环境质量有着非常重要的作用。鉴于森林资源的重要性,我国必须要高度重视对其进行保护,只有加强森林资源管理才可能实现森林可持续发展。
