HRP是医院资源计划的简称,是医院引入企业资源计划的先进管理技术和经验,整合医院现有信息资源,构建起的一套综合性资源管理平台。主要包括财务核算系统、全面预算管理系统、全成本核算系统、资产物资管理系统、分析决策支持系统等多个部分,各系统之间信息互通互联,相关勾稽,无缝链接。随着现代医院业务复杂化和决策管理需求多样化,公立医院逐渐开展HRP系统的应用探索,力求通过引入全面信息管理提高业务效率,改进业务流程,为管理决策提供支持。
HRP is short for hospital resource plan, which is the advanced management technology and experience of the hospital introducing enterprise resource plan, integrating the hospital’s existing information resources and building a set of comprehensive resource management platform.
