本文论述了轮式装载机工作装置,强度设计计算工况及计算载荷的确定方法,简述了有限元法两步求解模型及边界条件给定方法等。经试验验证,计算结果与静荷应力测试结果相比,一般相差不超过15~20%;与动态载荷谱(应力谱)采集的应力高峰值相比,也很接近,甚至相差约10%。此法已用于产品设计。
This paper discusses the wheel loader working device, the strength design calculation conditions and the determination method of the calculation load. The two-step finite element method solution model and the boundary condition setting method are briefly described. The experimental verification shows that the calculated results are generally not more than 15 to 20% compared with the results of the static load stress test. Compared with the high stress peaks collected by the dynamic load spectrum (stress spectrum), they are also close to each other, and even differ by about 10%. This method has been used for product design.
