经历三年的探索和实践，共做103个组合，D1和D2代中有较多的变异，变异率达4．8％，显著变异率达1．1％。注射法和浸种法各有特点。
After three years of exploration and practice, a total of 103 combinations were made. There were more variations in D1 and D2 generation with a mutation rate of 4.8% and a significant mutation rate of 1.1%. Injection and soaking have their own characteristics.
