目的探讨低血钾导致的心电图情况。方法选择辽宁省盘锦市第一人民医院2000年1月至2011年12月低血钾致房室阻滞的病例9例,对低血钾致房室阻滞导致的不良后果进行总结。结果补钾治疗后,血钾在正常范围内,在数小时至两天内所有病例阻滞程度均有所减轻或心电图恢复正常。结论低钾影响心肌细胞的电生理功能,由低钾所致的房室阻滞是可逆转的,纠正低钾可以明显改善低钾引起的房室阻滞。
Objective To investigate the electrocardiogram caused by hypokalemia. Methods Nine cases of hypokalemia-induced atrioventricular block from January 2000 to December 2011 in Panjin First People’s Hospital of Liaoning Province were selected, and the adverse effects caused by hypokalemia induced by atrioventricular block were summarized. Results After potassium treatment, blood potassium in the normal range, all cases within a few hours to two days the extent of block were reduced or ECG returned to normal. CONCLUSION: Hypokalemia may affect the electrophysiological function of cardiomyocytes. Atrioventricular block caused by hypokalemia is reversible. Correcting hypokalemia can significantly improve the hypokalemic atrioventricular block.
