欠发达地区农村小学由于地方经济不发达造成教学条件落后,教师队伍素质参差不齐,留守儿童较多,家庭教育缺失,实施小学数学素质教育非常困难。本文认为成立留守儿童数学托管班,实施小学数学课堂分组分层教学,大力提高农村小学教师自身素质,积极优化小学数学教学方法是欠发达地区实施小学素质教育的有效途径。 Due to underdeveloped local economy, underdeveloped rural primary schools lead to poor teaching conditions, uneven quality of teachers, more left-behind children and lack of family education. Therefore, it is very difficult to carry out primary school mathematics-based education. This paper argues that the establishment of left-behind children’s math trusteeship class, the implementation of primary school mathematics class teaching in groups, to improve their own quality of primary school teachers in rural areas, and actively optimize the primary school mathematics teaching methods is less effective in implementing quality education in primary schools.
