机械通风是储粮技术中一项较新的降温与干燥技术,由于它具有延长谷物储藏期,保持粮食品质,减少虫霉损失等优越性,已被世界各国所广泛应用,已成为现代化储粮技术的一个重要组成部分。目前我国许多地区正在积极推广应用和努力研究提高这项技术。通风效果的好坏,直接影响储藏谷物的品质。要取得良好的通风效果,首先就要合理设计通风管道,使气流通过管道均匀地分配到粮堆中去,使整个粮堆空间都有流动的空气,不出现死角。在实践中,根据流体力学原理,结合谷物通风的特点,采用等静压均匀送风管道,取得了良好的谷物通风效果。粮堆温降均匀,基本无死角现象。现将谷物通风等静压均匀送风管道设计计算方法论述如下。
Mechanical ventilation is a relatively new cooling and drying technology in grain storage technology. It has been widely applied in many countries because of its advantages of prolonging grain storage, maintaining food quality and reducing losses of insecticides. It has become a modern grain storage An important part of technology. At present, many areas in our country are actively promoting the application and efforts to study and improve this technology. Ventilation effect is good or bad, a direct impact on the quality of stored grains. To achieve good ventilation, we must first design a ventilation duct so that air flows evenly through the duct to the grain piles, leaving the entire grain pallets with flowing air without dead spots. In practice, according to the principle of fluid mechanics, combined with the characteristics of cereal ventilation, the use of equal static pressure air supply duct, achieved good grain ventilation. Grain temperature uniform, basically no dead ends. Now cereal ventilation isostatic pressure supply pipe design and calculation methods are discussed below.
