目的:分析湖北省医务人员职业伦理现状和存在的问题,提出提升医务人员职业伦理的政策建议。方法:采用自制的调查工具对患者和医务人员进行现场问卷调查和知情人深度访谈,对问卷调查的数据进行描述性统计分析。结果:医务人员职业伦理总体情况较好,但存在医务人员职业责任感缺失、职业定位偏差和人文关怀缺乏等问题。结论:应加强医务人员职业伦理培训,健全职业伦理相关制度规范,完善绩效考核体系,开展职业伦理提升活动。 Objective: To analyze the status quo and existing problems of occupational ethics of medical personnel in Hubei Province and put forward some policy recommendations to enhance the occupational ethics of medical personnel. Methods: Self-made survey tools were used to conduct on-the-spot questionnaires and in-depth interviews with insiders and medical staffs, and to descriptively analyze the data of the questionnaires. Results: The overall ethics of medical staff is good, but there are some problems such as lack of professional responsibility, lack of professional orientation and lack of humanistic care. Conclusion: The medical ethics training should be strengthened, the system of professional ethics should be improved, the performance appraisal system should be perfected, and the ethics promotion should be carried out.
