目的 研究国产依普拉封片 (ipriflavone)防治绝经后骨质疏松症疗效的生化学监测及疗效机制。方法 绝经后骨质疏松症 5 4例 ,其中治疗组 30例服用国产依普拉封片合用钙尔奇 D治疗 6个月 ,对照组 2 4例单独服用钙尔奇 D6个月 ,检测两组用药前后骨代谢生化指标。结果 治疗组结果表明骨吸收的指标 :甲状旁腺素 (PTH)、抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶 (TRAP)、尿胶原交联 /肌酐比值 (Crosslaps/Cr)均明显降低 ;骨形成 /骨转换的指标 :碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)、骨钙素 (BGP)、I型前胶原羧基端前肽(PICP)亦下降 ;骨重建刺激因子 :胰岛素样生长因子 1(IGF 1)显著升高。对照组 ,TRAP也有轻度下降。结论 依普拉封片能明显的影响骨代谢 :抑制骨吸收 ,降低骨转换 ,减少骨量丢失 ,治疗 1个月即可出现作用 ;刺激骨重建 ,增加骨密度 ,能够有效地防治绝经后骨质疏松症。生化指标可用于疗效的早期监测。
Objective To study the biochemical monitoring and therapeutic mechanism of ipriflavone on prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Fifty-four cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis were treated in this study. Among them, 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Epolaisin combined with Calcium D 6 months, 24 cases in the control group were treated with Calcium Acetate D 6 months alone, Biochemical markers of bone metabolism before and after treatment. Results The results of the treatment group showed that the indices of bone resorption: PTH, TRAP, and Crosslaps / Cr were significantly decreased; the bone formation / bone turnover Indexes: alkaline phosphatase (ALP), BGP, and PICP also decreased. IGF-1 and IGF-1 were significantly increased. The control group, TRAP also decreased slightly. Conclusion Ipilastafilil can significantly affect the metabolism of bone: inhibit bone resorption, reduce bone turnover, reduce bone loss, and can play a role in 1 month of treatment; stimulate bone remodeling and increase bone density, which can effectively prevent and treat postmenopausal osteoporosis Osteoporosis. Biochemical indicators can be used for early monitoring of efficacy.
