目的 :研究杀虫单 (SCD)的中毒机理及二巯基丙磺酸钠 (Na DMPS)对琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)的保护作用。方法 :小鼠随机分为三组 :对照组、SCD组、(Na DMPS +SCD)组。观察三组小鼠肝及心肌线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)、血浆乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活力的变化。结果 :与对照组相比 ,SCD组SDH活力显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,LDH明显升高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;(Na DMPS +SCD )组SDH活力较SCD组明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,LDH显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :SCD可抑制线粒体SDH活力 ,抑制细胞呼吸。Na DMPS可拮抗其抑制作用 ,这种拮抗作用在防治SCD中毒方面具有重要意义
Objective: To study the poisoning mechanism of insecticide single (SCD) and the protective effect of sodium dithiopropanesulfonate (Na DMPS) on succinate dehydrogenase (SDH). Methods: The mice were randomly divided into three groups: control group, SCD group, (Na DMPS + SCD) group. The changes of mitochondrial succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and plasma lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in the liver and myocardium of the three groups were observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the activity of SDH in SCD group was significantly decreased (P <0.05), the LDH was significantly increased (P <0.01), and the activity of SDH in (Na DMPS + SCD) group was significantly higher than that in SCD group (P <0.05), LDH was significantly lower (P <0.01). Conclusion: SCD can inhibit mitochondrial SDH activity and inhibit cell respiration. Na DMPS can antagonize its inhibition, this antagonism in the prevention and treatment of SCD poisoning has important significance
