一 1996年航天标准化工作情况 1.航天工业行业标准制定、修订工作 按照年初制定的“确保重点,断指工程,有限目标,解决型号管理上急需”的工作指导思想,开展了一些重点标准的制定和修订工作。如围绕技改当中的一些急需配套的标准制定项目;试行成块开发,对液体发动机、焊接工艺、电子元器件等三大块重点试点标准,进行了制定和修订工作。据统计,截至1996年底,完成了国家军用标准23项、航天工业行业标准129项、标准化研究课题和工作项目44项,总体的质量和水平较前有了很大的提高。
