目的:研究博落回的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱等色谱分离技术分离其非生物碱成分,利用MS、NMR等光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从博落回中分离鉴定了11个非生物碱类化合物,分别为:3-(3,4-二羟基)苯基丙酸甲酯(1)、阿魏酸(2)、正二十八烷醇(3)、丁香酸(4)、对羟基苯甲酸(5)、对香豆酸(6)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、N-p-香豆酰酪胺(8)、10-eicosenoic acid(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、胡萝卜苷(11)。结论:其中,化合物1、3~9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aims: To study the chemical composition of Methods: Non-alkaloid constituents were separated by chromatography on silica gel, reverse phase ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column. The structures of compounds were identified by MS, NMR and other spectroscopic techniques. Results: Eleven non-alkaloids were isolated and identified from Fructus Aconiti. They were methyl 3- (3,4-dihydroxy) phenylpropionate (1), ferulic acid (2) (4), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (5), p-coumaric acid (6), quercetin -3-O-β-D-glucoside (7), Np- Coumarin (8), 10-eicosenoic acid (9), β-sitosterol (10), daucosterol (11). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1, 3 ~ 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
