目的测定茯苓、黄连、丹参、甘草、吴茱萸(云南)、吴茱萸(陕西)等六种中药材中微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn的含量,探讨微量元素与药效的关系,为药效的研究及其资源开发提供有价值的参考依据。方法采用浓硝酸-高氯酸混合溶液消解样品,空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定茯苓、黄连、丹参、甘草、吴茱萸(云南)、吴茱萸(陕西)样品中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn四种微量元素的含量。结果黄连、吴茱萸中含有较多的Fe、Zn、Mn元素,对于这六种药材来说,其中的Fe元素含量高低顺序为:黄连>茯苓>丹参>甘草>吴茱萸(陕)>吴茱萸(云),黄连中Fe元素含量高达309.65μg/g;Zn元素含量高低顺序为:黄连>吴茱萸(云)>吴茱萸(陕)>丹参>甘草>茯苓,黄连中Zn元素含量达到112.2μg/g;Cu元素含量高低顺序为:黄连>丹参>吴茱萸(陕)>茯苓>甘草>吴茱萸(云),黄连中Cu元素含量达到30.60μg/g;Mn元素含量高低顺序为:黄连>吴茱萸(云)>丹参>吴茱萸(陕)>茯苓>甘草,黄连中Mn元素含量达到134.00μg/g。结论黄连、吴茱萸中含有较多的Fe、Zn、Mn元素,现代研究发现黄连-吴茱萸配伍对胃肠道的作用较强,同时还具有抗肿瘤、降压降脂等活性,这一作用很可能与黄连、吴茱萸含丰富的Fe、Zn、Mn元素有关。

The order of Zn element content was: Coptis chinensis> Evodia rutaecarpa> Evodia rutaecarpa> Salvia miltiorrhiza> Glycyrrhiza glabra> Poria cocos and the Zn content in Coptis chinensis reached 112.2μg / g; The contents of Cu in Rhizoma coptidis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Fructus Corni were higher than those in Rhizoma Coptidis, and the content of Cu in rhizoma coptidis was higher than that in Rhizoma Coptidis Evodia (Shaanxi)> Poria> licorice, Coptis in the Mn element content of 134.00μg / g. Conclusions Coptis chinensis and Evodia rutaecarpa contain more elements of Fe, Zn and Mn. It has been found in modern studies that Coptidis Rhizoma - Evodia rutaecarpa has a strong effect on the gastrointestinal tract, and at the same time it has the activity of anti-tumor, antihypertensive and lipid lowering, And berberine, Evodia rich in Fe, Zn, Mn elements.
